My gorgeous wallpaper from Roomblush arrived and my heart genuinely skipped a beat. The strips come ready numbered, which is ideal, and the wallpaper is thick and of an extremely high quality.
Unfortunately, I can’t hang wallpaper myself, although I would like to learn. My husband set to work and was finished in no time. That’s when the styling can begin. Which, as far as I’m concerned, is the best part.
This particular wallpaper has a slightly ethnic appearance in which eastern and Balinese influences are beautifully accentuated. So, that's what my styling was based on. In my opinion, brass and rattan is the ideal combo for this wallpaper. Our daughter had a yellow bedside table, which now looked out of place. So, I took my paint brush to it. I still had some leftover white and rust-coloured paint, which I mixed to create a lovely salmon pink and it now complements the wallpaper perfectly.
I love swapping things around in various rooms to create a new look. The antique desk and vintage school chair completely transform the room, proving just how versatile this Roomblush wallpaper really is.
It’s definitely a winner in our eyes.
