Return products

Are you not satisfied with the products you received from us? You can return the products* within 14 days after receiving the goods:

Return and refund:

Shipping costs: The return shipment is at your own expense.
Refund: The payment we received (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded no later than 14 working days after we receive your package in good condition.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal:

1. Custom-made items:
Wall paint and lacquer: Roomblush wall paint and lacquer are custom-made by Boss paints. The paint is specially mixed for you and cannot be returned.

Custom wallpaper: Roomblush custom wallpaper is specially produced for you based on the provided length. Custom-made wallpaper cannot be returned for this reason.

2. Opened items:
Items whose plastic wrap, seal, or sticker has been removed or opened cannot be returned and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Products must always be returned in their original, undamaged condition, ready for sale.

Submit your return via the portal here, or deliver the withdrawal form listed  to our customer service department at info@roomblush.com.
