When will my order be delivered?

Wallpaper rolls & wall stickers

The delivery time is on average 4 to 12 working days.To reduce waste, we only produce the rolls that are ordered and do not maintain stock. Orders are produced once a week in Belgium and then shipped with UPS on tuesdays.

Orders received before Wednesday go into production the same week and are dispatched the following Tuesday. If you place your order on Wednesday or later, your order will be moved up a week. In this case, your wallpaper will be sent the 2nd Tuesday after the order is placed.

Wall stickers are sent together with the wallpaper rolls once a week.

Sample boxes

Sample boxes are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace to further track your shipment. The average delivery time is 1 to 5 working days.

Paint

Boss Paints ships your paint order within 1-3 working days. You will receive a track&trace code by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Paint and wallpaper are sent separately for quality reasons. You will therefore receive 2 separate packages when you order wallpaper and paint together. 

Please note: paint orders are only sent to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany.
